Please note the following prior to beginning the pre-registration process. (1) In order to register your student for school, you must provide 2 Proofs of Residency and the student's birth certificate (or like document), which must be uploaded during the online registration process. (2) You may also upload immunization proof and a photo ID. Your photo ID is used for security purposes so that our buildings know who is authorized to pick up your student. (3) When completing adult contact information, the district requires a phone number and an email address entered for parents/guardians. (4) Childcare contact information may be added as emergency contacts. The district requires a phone number for all contacts. (5) The Primary contact must be a legal guardian whom the child lives with. (6) Contacts must be legal guardians if they receive mail. (7) All children, including children under 5 years old, living in the household should be added. Once you've started the online registration process, you must complete all forms before you will have the ability to save and be able to return to edit.
